Realtor Compensation Program: In 1992, RESPA passed a law stating that the realtor can be entitled to a reasonable compensation on a mortgage origination as long as there is participation provided by the realtor during the mortgage process. FNF was one of the areas first lendersto participate and successfully impement the program in our community. We understand however that compensation is not the primary focus of the relationship, but offered as an added bonus.
Open House Highlight Sheets: We will provide your hard earned "Listing" with a generous supply of highlight sheets to leave in the home so all interested parties can leave with a picture, room count and other pertinent information about this specific home.
Pre-Qualifications: When you need to know immediately if one of your potential buyers can qualify for the mortgage, your FNF representative will respond immediately and provide you with a verbal prognosis and a Pre-Qualification letter.
Pre-Approval: The difference between this and the pre-qual letter is that we actually process and approve the customer for the mortgage in as little as 24 hours. This will shorten the time between contract and closing while insuring that seller "only has to sell his house one."
In-House Underwriting & Closing: FNF is a direct lender in the sense that we have the ability to make our own decision on the underwriting or closing of a loan with our own funds all under one roof. Every realtor knows what it is like to have an approval or closing held up because of the mortgage broker's third parties. FNF understands that your success and relationships are enhance by the performance of the lender. You can rest assured that our entire staff, on each and every transaction, will strive to provide you and the customer timely and competitive mortgage loan closings.
New Realtor Training: Our senior loan officers are happy to train newly licensed realtors in Finance as it pertains to the real estate industry. This proves to be an invaluable program for those realtors who hire Buyer-Agent assistants, as well as managers on the go.
In-House Loan Officer (for owner/brokers): Separate yourself from the competition with your own In-house loan officer. We will provide a seasoned originator, housed in your office, for superior customer service.
